During this week’s episode of WWE RAW, Cody Rhodes addressed The Rock’s request to be “his champion,” discussing its significance for his legacy and family.
Seth Rollins interrupted Cody and joined him in the ring. Rollins remarked how it was their first meeting since WrestleMania XL and scolded Cody for not slapping The Rock.
Cody then pointed out Seth’s weakened soul due to prior misdeeds and praised The Revolutionary as the MVP of WrestleMania XL.
In reaction, Seth declared his ambition to win the Elimination Chamber and confront The American Nightmare he wrestled previously, saying he is after Cody’s title, not his soul.

Lyra Valkyria defended the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Dakota Kai on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.
Valkyria got the pinfall victory against Kai after nailing her with the Nightwing finisher.
However, Valkyria’s elation was short-lived as Ivy Nile blindsided her on the stage.
Having laid waste to the champion, Nile ran to the ring and rejoiced with the Women’s Intercontinental Title.
