Ricky Starks Shocks NXT Fans with New Name and Bold Contract Signing on February 11, 2025!

Ricky Starks made a surprise debut on the February 11 broadcast of NXT, taking fans off guard. His entrance occurred shortly after AEW withdrew him from their roster page, prompting rumours regarding his next destination.

At Vengeance Day, Starks made his presence felt as he stated that he will sign his NXT contract on the February 18 episode. That was a segment worth paying attention to as the revolution was about to be televised.

This contract signing kicked off the second hour of the show this week. It was a hectic night of NXT, and Ricky Starks’ signing was a significant highlight. The Absolute One made his way out to a thunderous reception from the crowd this week. He couldn’t wait to join the NXT roster, and Ava promoted him as “the hottest free agent around.”

Ricky Starks needed to get some things off his chest before he signed his deal. He added that making it in NXT isn’t a fantasy, it’s a reality. He said that maineventing every NXT PLE is reality, and so is capturing the NXT Championship. He announced that he is the guy in NXT, and he is going to do what he does always to the best of his ability, “show up and show out, because the revolution begins.”

Suddenly, Ethan Page made his way out to disturb Ricky Starks’ big signing. Page stated he’s impressed by Starks startling the world, because somewhere in Starks’ contract says he will receive an NXT Title. All Ego then stated that Starks obtained an Ethan Page contract. Starks then claimed that the spotlight isn’t big enough for the both of them. Then he poured shade at Page’s tight jacket while calling him insecure.

Ricky Starks made a joke about how Ethan Page beat Je’von Evans at Vengeance Day. Then Page shaded Evans before the Bouncy Superstar stepped in the ring to take Page out of the ring as they brawled. Wes Lee came out next to stop Ricky Starks from signing his deal. Lee added that there are rules in NXT, and one of them is that you don’t insult him, and then he demanded a bout against Starks.

Ricky Starks wondered whether everyone is so upset there, and they planned a bout between Starks and Wes Lee for next week. Then Starks signed his pact as Wes Lee tried to jump him, but Starks sent him out of the ring instead. He signed his contract, and now his new name is Ricky Saints.

We will have to see what Ricky Saints does in NXT, but this was definitely a way to start things for him. He has a new name and a new corporation to take over.
