WWE Announces One Event in Saudi Arabia in 2025, Plans for Royal Rumble in 2026

Instead of hosting two events year as is customary, WWE will only host one event in Saudi Arabia this year. CFO Andrew Schleimer disclosed this adjustment at TKO’s 2024 earnings call. “I said,” he said.

As opposed to two PLEs in 2024, our guidance for 2025 calls for just one PLE in Saudi Arabia. Our 2025 plan will be negatively impacted by this to the tune of about $55 million in overall company revenue. In 2026, we anticipate holding three PLEs in Saudi Arabia, including Royal Rumble.

Schleimer points out that WWE intends to host one event in Saudi Arabia in 2025, which will have a detrimental effect on their earnings.

Nonetheless, the Royal Rumble is one of three WWE events scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia in 2026.

The exact event in Saudi Arabia for this year has not yet been revealed.
