Jey Uso: I said, the World Heavyweight Champion, “Main Event” Jey Uso is in your city now. So, look, I’m here, I know Logan Paul is here, so let’s stand on business tonight, uce. Where you at?

Paul Heyman: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Paul Heyman. I’ve traveled here tonight, not to disrespect the World Heavyweight Champion, “Main Event” Jey Uso. But I crawl all the way down here tonight, to Omaha, Nebraska, because I wanted to say something face-to-face to the World Heavyweight Champion, “Main Event” Jey Uso.

Jey Uso: OG, OG, you’re very brave entering a ring with me, what you just did to my family.

Paul Heyman: Ah, so now you’re going to lecture me about betraying our Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns?

Jey Uso: I am. I’m going to tell you, because day one, I saw through you. I warned my cousin on you. I warned CM Punk on you, too.

Paul Heyman: Ah, well, too bad that you were making the warnings, no one saw fit to warn me. Maybe you should have warned me of my best friend in the world, my BFF, my brother in arms, CM Punk. Hold on for a minute, you can keep your boos to yourself with the mic in my hand. None of you, and none of you had to suffer through what I suffered. My world’s best friend, CM Punk, put me in a position where it was 100% guarantee, absolutely, positively that it would destroy my relationship with my Tribal Chief. CM Punk, CM Punk, CM Punk, they chant his name, because they don’t know what lies in the dark heart of that man. That one individual, my good friend, put me in a spot that totally, absolutely guaranteed that it would botch with our Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. And let’s talk about your cousin, Roman Reigns, for a second. I dreamed, with my greatest on earth, CM Punk, while Roman Reigns was still on the high school football field, years before he ever even thought about taking a step in his father or his uncle’s footsteps inside of a wrestling ring. And because I wanted my world’s best friend to overcome all the obstacles that he’s ever faced in his life, and having him in my corner at WrestleMania, what did Roman Reigns think I was gonna do? Sell his secrets to CM Punk?

Why the devil would I do that, after I wrote The Bloodline for five damn years, tell me why would I do that, tell me? I found a stray Big Dog on the Island Of Irrelevancy, and I made him into The Tribal Chief, and the WWE Universe monarch. We were the Undisputed WWE Champion for 1,316, and I’m not the one who lost it, by losing to Cody Rhodes, after being distracted by Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40. He lost the title. He lost the title that I spent five years of my life helping him build himself up as the champion. And then what does he do, he disappears, he goes back home a big dog licking his big wounds, and leaves me at the mercy of Solo, and Jacob Fatu, and those Tongans, who slammed me through a table at Madison Square Garden, and almost ended my 40 year career. And he did not come back for my vengeance, he came back to reclaim his Ula Fala. But I double crossed Roman Reigns, all right? I double crossed Roman Reigns, because he could not handle the reality that I was willing to help my best buddy achieve his goal. No, it is always Paul Heyman, I am always the liar, I am always the culprit, I am the double crosser, I am always the freaking scumball in the equation. Not this time, I’m correct, I’m correct, I’m on the right. And you’re blaming me? Screw you. And screw all of you for booing me.

Jey Uso: Are you alright? As a matter of fact, are you finished? As a matter of fact, I’ve got another question for you, OG. What does this have to do with me?

Paul Heyman: I apologize, it has nothing to do with you, not that part. I didn’t come out here to talk about Roman Reigns and CM Punk. That’s the only thing, I came out here to talk about you, which has everything to do with you, Jey Uso. You see, you won that title, because you want that title, but that title’s all about power and control. And really, Jey, you don’t know how to wheel power and control. You don’t have that leverage. You think being here each night, and YEETING with the audience, and delivering the best in-ring performance is enough, but that is not title. So, though you need in your heart to be champion, and though you need to be champion, Seth Rollins needs to be champion. Seth Rollins needs to have power. Seth Rollins has to hold on to that control. And Bron Breakker, phase one of our plan, succeeded. Phase Two is that championship. But I’m here tonight to do you a favor, and we all know how those favors end up, don’t we? I’m gonna let you sign your own death warrant, I’m gonna let you select the night that you lose the World Heavyweight Championship, because Jey Uso, Seth Freakin’ Rollins is calling you out for the World Heavyweight Championship. He defeated Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. He beat Roman Reigns and CM Punk. You know he has earned the right to be the number one contender. The favor is this, you pick the time, you pick the place, because Seth Rollins is going to beat you for that title, anytime, anyplace.

Jey Uso: Woah, woah, woah, woah, OG, hold up now. Omaha, can you help me? But did he just say, anytime, anyplace, anywhere, for the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Freakin’ Rollins? Well, Omaha, it’s on tonight, four letters, one word, uh-uh, YEET!

Jey Uso: Woah, woah, woah, woah, OG, hold up now. Omaha, can you help me out? But did he just say, anytime, anyplace, anywhere, for the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Freakin’ Rollins? Well, Omaha, tonight it’s on, four letters, one word, uh-uh, YEET!

– Paul Heyman enters Seth Rollins locker room. Heyman tells Seth that Jey got tricked. He couldn’t believe that Jey got tricked. You know how much Seth loves to say, I told you so. Seth wants Heyman to indulge him by saying, he told him so. Heyman wants to share some knowledge with Bron Breakker because Seth stormed off. Roman Reigns trained up for Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. Seth beat the biggest star in the business in the main event of WrestleMania. CM Punk learned with raw passion from Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. Seth Rollins beat not only Roman Reigns and CM Punk, but both got beaten by Seth Rollins in the WrestleMania main event. Heyman says we can’t steal anything from Jey Uso, he’s a great champion, he forced GUNTHER to submit at WrestleMania. Jey Uso ain’t no cakewalk in the park. But Jey Uso worries not about Seth Rollins, he’s all worried about Logan Paul. No one’s left, Seth Rollins in the sniper, and he’s taking aim at Jey Uso. And they get handed tonight the keys to the kingdom when the referee is handing over World Heavyweight Championship to Seth Freakin’ Rollins.

Becky Lynch & Lyra Valkyria Segment

Becky Lynch: The Man has finally come to Omaha. Wait, I suck? Wait a second, wait a second, because I am very confused as to what is happening here. You guys are treating me like I’m the bad guy. I’m the victim here. I am the victim here. Okay, okay, I rid of Bayley, but when I walked down the ramp at WrestleMania, everybody lost their minds, a lady in the crowd started crying tears of joy. Nobody asked where Bayley was, nobody cared. Of course not, she’s trash. She’s trash, I took out the trash. Everybody is like, oh, good, the trash has been taken out, I say, hey, I took out the trash. All the people are saying, I can’t believe you took out the trash. You don’t say that when a person takes out the trash, you say thank you for taking out the trash. Not just that, I took out the recycling, because that’s what Lyra is, she’s less insulting trash than regular trash, but still trash. And what trash of hers is her attitude. She doesn’t have a dream if it wasn’t for me. She doesn’t have a title if it wasn’t for me. She doesn’t make history if it wasn’t for me. She doesn’t even have a freaking fiance if isn’t for me. And yet I get all of this disrespect. This is what I’m talking about.

Lyra Valkyria: Did you actually just call me, recycling?

Becky Lynch: Yes, I did.

Lyra Valkyria: You’re the recycling queen. You’ve recycled the same moves, the same tired old routine for years. That’s okay, Becky, you do your thing, I don’t care. What I have a problem with you is you acting like you had something to do with my success. The one thing that I want to drive into your head, harder than my foot, is that you didn’t make me. Let me catch you up, since you’ve been out for a while. You went on Holidays, and everyone got better. You went on Holidays, and I made some history of my own. Oh, but you’re what this championship is all about, huh? That’s what you said. That’s rich considering I’ve defended it more days than you’ve shown up to work this year. I get it now, Becky, I get it perfectly. You smashed glass ceilings for women, and for that I will be forever grateful, but you left all the shattered glass on the ground, and the rest of the locker room was just supposed to follow behind you, because you never intended on taking anyone up with you.

Becky Lynch: Okay, no, no, no, no, you’re correct, when I was gone, everybody else had the greatest years of their life. But only because they didn’t have me to compare. And no, no, no, I did not help anyone, I don’t care about anyone, and it’s not my job to help anyone, it’s my job to beat everyone. And I’m truly, truly freaking awesome at my job. I mean, I’m literally the greatest of all time to ever do it. And I’m not the only one who’s saying that I’m the greatest of all time to ever do it. Sports Illustrated’s saying that I’m the greatest of all time to ever do it. So, no matter how good you are, no matter how good you’re gonna be, you’re gonna just be the second after the moment.

Lyra Valkyria: Blimey, said Sports Illustrated, eh? Know what, I’m mistaken, I take it all back. Go ahead, give me a list of your awards, let me help you, don’t leave any out. And what about Becky? What about the first SmackDown Women’s Champion, you were the first woman to main event WrestleMania and win, you were the first Women’s Intercontinental Champion, oh, wait on, that one was me. You hate it, don’t you? You hate the fact that this is my first ever. Well, get used to it, Becky, because as long as I’m around, I hope you like second best.

GUNTHER, Pat McAfee, Adam Pearce Segment

Adam Pearce: Okay, ladies and gentlemen, let’s see if we can get the show on the road again. Do me a favor, and let me introduce to the ring, at this time, Pat McAfee. And his Saturday adversary at Backlash, “The Ring General” GUNTHER. Gentlemen, we’ve talked about this all day up to here in a face, I’ll say it again for the record, we’ll not have again tonight what happened two weeks ago. So, say what you need to each other’s faces, get it off your chests tonight, because come Saturday at Backlash, talk time is through. The floor is yours. Be professional.

GUNTHER: Well, first of all, don’t worry, I’m not gonna do anything tonight, I’m not gonna ruin that moment for myself. Because fortunately for you, unlike you and your friend out there, I am professional. And you guys shut up, I’ll get back to that later, don’t you worry.

Pat McAfee: I heard you tell you’re a professional, and my friend over there, my friend over there, that guy over there, that walking, talking goat over there. For 28 years, every week of his life, except three times, he has pledged to explore the world for this company. 28 years in a row, 52 weeks a year for this company. He has a right to have an opinion, and since his opinion upset you that much, so much that you just had to flip the switch, and you had to beat up a 60-year-old man, I’ll let you have my opinion of the GUNTHER in front of me, today. Now it’s appropriate that we’re in lovely Omaha, Nebraska, because when I hear Nebraska, I hear the Cornhuskers, hell yeah, Coach Rhule. Emmit, complete animal. Can’t wait to see the boys in the fall get to the top. When I go to Omaha, I think steak, nobody does this town’s meat better, okay, GUNTHER, nobody. And right across from this stadium, is a baseball diamond that has hosted the College Baseball World Series since 1950.

This city is a working hard and dreams come true kind of city. And I think dreams is fitting because I think you and I have a lot in common. Even though I’m from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the United States of America, and you’re from Vienna, Austria, both of us grew up with the same dream. Both of us grew up wanting to be in this business. Both of us grew up idolizing the superstars of yesterday. And we both grew up, sitting hours and hours in front of our television, watching professional wrestling, thinking that’s what we were destined to do. The problem with you and your aspiration, is you’ve been doing this for 20 years. You’ve been a champion here at WWE for 80% of the duration you’ve worked.

You’ve got jaded. You got to the point where this is no longer a dream for you, this is work for you. To me, every time I enter a WWE facility, I’m stoked about life, baby. I think of 12-year-old me, 11-year-old me, I think of the kids that are out there today, that were just like me, in the top row, hoping that I can get my ass in this ring, and let assholes like you know that they don’t like what you’re about. And what I think you’re doing, at this point, instead of the WALTERING around phase, you don’t want it anymore. You’ve become too damn complacent. It happened to Sami Zayn, it happened to Jey Uso, and on Saturday, you’re gonna look past me, you’re gonna underestimate me, and I’m gonna prove you and all these people, that this iteration of GUNTHER is soft.

GUNTHER: Had a good time at your little daughter’s birthday last week? Two years old, yes? It’s nice. I’m sure it was a very special day for you, as Saturday is a very special day for me, and you just put me in the right mood for it. Because it’s my first match following WrestleMania, and I’m gonna be sharp, I’m gonna be ready, I’m gonna be more focused than I’ve ever been in the past. Don’t you fret that I’m gonna forget you, don’t you fret that I’m gonna undervalue you, I promise you my complete and whole attention. Because Saturday, that bell is gonna ring, and I’m going to beat you up, I’m going to maul you, I’m going to grab you by the head and ram it into this mat. I’m going to choke you out until you drop like a wet towel. Tonight, through my grace, you are invincible, but on Saturday, believe me when I tell you this, on Saturday, only god’s grace can remove my arms from your throat.

GUNTHER shoves McAfee to close out this segment.
